Tenant Pro 7 Software

Tenant Pro is an accounting and tenant management system for small residential and commercial property managers. It is used by almost 20,000 property managers, managing over 2 million units. Tenant Pro is now owned by RealPage, a provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) products and services for property managers. RealPage has more than 6,500 customers that manage 5.6 million units.

Tenant Pro combines accounting, tenant management, and lease management in a single system. The accounting module includes a general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, automated reminders, and more. The tenant management module features a "tenants window" to track tenant financial information and a tenant ledger which summarizes charges and payments. Finally, the lease management module tracks all payments and charges on a lease, including security deposits, late payments, and more.

Tenant Pro can be used to manage apartments, condominiums, commercial property, manufactured housing, military housing, retail, self-storage, and more. It's designed for companies that manage between 100 and 500 units, or up to 500,000 square feet.
