i-CAM is a web-based software system that organizes and optimizes all operational aspects of a property management organization. i-CAM also produces a complete audit trail of voucher and certification reporting, ensuring that no valuable information is lost throughout the process. The system can support properties who receive subsidies for local rent, including Section 8 rental vouchers. It is web-based and can be delivered as a stand-alone, self-hosted, or externally-hosted system.

i-CAM’s “Action Items” help manage recurring monthly tasks, including billing and collection letter sending. The items appear and disappear automatically in a list of workflow, eliminating clutter and keeping to-dos intuitively and neatly organized. The system has extensive reporting capabilities to prove compliance when necessary. User name and date is automatically recorded for all functions and completed tasks, holding users accountable and creating an extensive record for review purposes.
