The features and modules of HippoFM are extensive, and include such tools as energy capture and sustainability, online tenant portals, document management, and water sewage treatment. HippoFM can also create periodic reports and email them to governing bodies, monitor water testing procedures, analyze expense reports, and maintain equipment procedures by location.
Hippo FM uses various processes to standardize an organization’s maintenance procedures. Priorities include minimization of energy consumption and carbon emissions, automatic asset failure notifications, individual worker time-tracking, and other tasks. The system is designed to be easily used and accessed by any authorized user; it is not limited to employees directly involved in facility maintenance. The software can manage between 1 and 1000 different facilities.
